CV Charles Pissavin


After obtaining a Bachelor Degree (in Business) in Ireland and after few month in India, I integrated early 2012 the European leader of sports goods retailing (Decathlon) as Department Manager. I work for IBM since August 2014 (on the contract : VISO-MICHELIN) as a member of the PMO Team, and I prepare in the same time a Master's Degree at the Business School of Clermont-Ferrand.

Out of contract in August 2016, I'm looking for a new exciting job opportunity (world wide)!

1. IBM│Study of the RFS Solutions Management for Costumer (MICHELIN)
► Job description: Study of management process of new opportunities project from VISO contract (Michelin), and proposition of solutions to improve process management quality.
► Main tasks performed:
. Catch the IBM needs (from: Project Manager Service, Contract Business Office, Project Executives and Financial Service),
. Realization of the current RFS Process Schema,
. Analyze of the in place processes regarding the former tools to communicate with Michelin and between IBMers,
. Transcription of IBM needs and problematics on the current Process Schema to study new Solutions,
. Organization of meetings with key actors, in order to propose and find process management solutions,
. Proposition of creation of a software package development on Excel Microsoft Office, to improve communication flow between IBMers and to answer faster to customer’s needs:
- Creation of RFS-Management.xlms (launching of a pilot in December 2014),
- After Managers validation, presentation of the tool to the team in Meeting,
- Launching of the official Version in January 2015 : RFS MANAGEMENT.

2. IBM│Connections (IBM Social Network Solution): “VISO EU Michelin Project Managers”

► Job description: Management of the service community (on IBM Connections):
. Design of Pages,
. Organization of service data in order to manage 100% of data on the community,
. Training of the team (worldwide) in the use of the solution: IBM Connections.
