I have been managing the call center activity of Pôle emploi (Public Employment Service) in the Rhône for 4.5 years.I carry on different projects to improve our services to the clients. I give courses to new recruits in the Training Center of Pôle emploi. I have also given lectures in recruitment techniques at the University.

Previously I had to manage different projects concerning unemployed over 45 years for 2 years. I was coordinator of an action for unemployed women initiated by the Regional Préfet, the Employment Department,the association "Force Femmes" and Pôle Emploi.

I also had to develop and manage a Plan for unemployed people over 45 in the Rhône. I have set up a specific range of tools and services toward companies and unemployed people,developed partnerships with private and public companies, subcontractors, coordinating actions in 25 Employment Agencies.
